cargo new for Neovim plugins. plug-scaffold new <name> emits an opinionated project tree that passes plug-audit cleanly on the first commit. Three styles ship in the box (omar, tj, prime), each mirroring a real author’s conventions — dependency-injected setup vs metatable-lazy loader, snacks pickers vs plenary-busted tests, vimdoc layout differences.
