Extends :checkhealth with a composite of registerable diagnostics. Ships LSP checks out of the box, exposes a small registration API so plugins and configs can contribute their own, and rolls the results up into one aggregate report. Useful for distributions and larger configs where a lot of moving parts need one place to answer “is anything unhealthy?”
