Window layout and protection for special buffers — keeps files out of sidebar panes.
Protects special windows (file explorer, trouble, OpenCode, etc.) from being clobbered when a file is opened into them by accident. Redirects the incoming buffer to an appropriate editing window based on buffer type, so opening a file from the explorer never replaces the explorer itself.
